Project: Seltzer Summer

CHALLENGE

  • Create an immersive spiked seltzer experience for midwestern consumers and influencers alike.

  • Draw awareness and generate content around Anheuser-Busch’s newest hard seltzer, Bon & Viv.

  • Cater to the community and to influencers.

SOLUTION

  • The event included a branded 20-foot inflatable mermaid tail, two branded jet skis, giant branded floaties, floating mermaid drink koozies, and a Bon & Viv influencer yacht in Chicago.

  • These elements were paired with a sampling experience at bars near each lake event and were utilized to drive awareness of Bon & Viv Spiked Seltzer as the original spiked seltzer.

  • 1.5 M Social impressions

  • 1500+ branded koozies distributed

MY ROLE

  • Creative directed the production of all print graphics for the space including the mermaid tail inflatable wrap and jet ski wraps.

  • Helped on site two of the three events as a producer and brand ambassador facilitating product sampling, ensuring the client made it to the site on time, providing free giveaways and handling all photography.

  • Lead producer during final event which entailed facilitating a 35 person yacht experience in Chicago.

    • Sourced all the necessary beverages and plus up décor for the boat.

    • Prepped the boat with food, design and drinks before influencers arrived.

    • Managed brand ambassadors working the event.

    • Ensured both client and influencers were having a good time.

Client: Abercrombie & Fitch Kids
Project: Play: A Pop-up Jean Experience

CHALLENGE

  • Introduce influencers to the Abercrombie Kids world of Play and experience the Abercrombie Kids new jean material.

  • Each experience needs to represent the different characteristics of the jeans from stretch to softness.

  • Event needs to take place in LA and accommodate both influencer kids and their parents.

SOLUTION

  • Transformed Calamigos Ranch in Malibu into an Abercrombie Kids-themed Summer Camp through custom prop creation, custom experiential sets, and play-focused programming.

  • Influencers and their families were invited to the ranch, gifted denim prior to the event to wear, and guided through the ultimate “Jeans Pop Up Experience.”

  • 583K Total Impressions

  • 38K Instagram Likes & Comments

  • 62 Influencer Attendees

MY ROLE

  • Concepted the user experience and flow from start to finish for the consumer journey as well as concepted each activation within the space.

  • Creative directed the look and feel of each of the experiences within the event to ensure kids were engaged and all spaces were Instagram worthy.

  • Designed the passports for kids to track which activation they hit as well as created all other print material used within the space from food signage to photo backdrops.

  • Worked with production to pick out all purchased elements within the space to ensure it fit with the client vision.

Client: Forbes 30 Under 30
Project: Macallan Lounge

CHALLENGE

  • Design a space for Forbes’s client Macallan that was upscale and exclusive to event goer VIPs.

  • Space needs to have sampling and engagements.

SOLUTION

  • Designed the exclusive Macallan Lounge where VIP attendees had access to an upscale activation featuring Macallan pairings, custom treats, and a speakeasy enhancing the Macallan experience.

  • Part of the space included custom leather stamped coasters for consumers to make and take away to remember their experience.

MY ROLE

  • Concepted and worked with a freelance illustrator to create the look & feel of the space for the Macallan lounge — due to budgeting restrictions the space because less elaborate than originally planned.

  • Laid out the consumer journey within the space.

  • Worked the event to ensure the lounges ran smoothly.

Client: Forbes 30 Under 30
Project: Samsung Lounge

CHALLENGE

  • Create a lounge space for consumers to relax, recharge and experience Samsung’s new tablet.

  • Showcase “Road to Detroit” content and feature one of Detroit’s local businesses within the space.

  • Build awareness around Samsung products as well as generate content.

SOLUTION

  • Created a full lounge experience complete with comfy furniture and charging tables.

  • Each experience required consumers to utilize the Samsung Tablet in some capacity that showcased it’s wide variety of capabilities.

    • Custom stationary station utilizing the tablet to build your own design and printed on site.

    • Inspiration sticker creation printed on site that consumers could design themselves and add to a branded Samsung notebook.

    • Collaborative art wall where guests use the tablet to write an inspirational note to others and print it onto the wall.

    • Order custom candies from Dave’s Sweet Tooth — a Detroit local candy shop.

MY ROLE

  • Created all the print files for the Samsung lounge including signage, labels, handouts, etc.

  • Laid out the consumer journey within the space.

  • Designed and installed all the templates for consumers to edit for custom stationary and stickers on each of the Samsung Tablets.

  • Troubleshooted all the tech on site to ensure each was working correctly, had all the necessary files and technology, and was properly connected to the onsite printers.

  • Worked on site at the event to ensure everything worked smoothly and trained Brand Ambassadors how to work the products and software.

Client: Abercrombie & Fitch
Project: Trevor Project’s Trevor Live Event

CHALLENGE

  • Create a footprint that highlights the Abercrombie & Fitch 2019 holiday gift tags.

  • The experience needs to allow guests to provide words of enouragement to the LGBTQ+ community.

  • Source a partnership for giveaways and create a takeaway moment for the experience.

  • Create a lasting impression.

SOLUTION

  • An enchanted holiday experience for A-List attendees of the gala incorporating Abercrombie & Fitch's iconic holiday tags as interactive art pieces.

  • Pieces allowed guests to sign their names and write little notes as well as provide motivating words from Abercrombie & Fitch and the Trevor Project.

  • A partnership with Scosha encouraged consumers to journey through the footprint and design a custom bracelet as the takeaway.

  • Tags at each seat at the tables allowed guests to write words of encouragement for the LGBTQ+ in need.

MY ROLE

  • Site visit for the activation: took photos and met with Trevor Live event staff and hotel staff to determine best locations for load in and out for the event since it was day of set up only.

  • Worked directly with the Abercrombie & Fitch brand team to concept, design, and bring their vision to life for the event.
